do i have worms!?

just came back from a short vacation and my sump has dozens of white, rice grain looking tubes and things in it. i am new and was wondering if anyone had any input.

Sounds like tube worms. I have them too, and they are getting a bit out of control, especially in the sump. They have covered the walls, inside and outside of the skimmer, pumps, etc. I guess they are beneficial, but they can be a PITA as well.
