do I need to get this toadstool out??

Purchased toadstool from LFS on Wed. At first I thought it was just going through a shed but now look at it. My yellow leather is usually huge and fuzzy with polyps but now its shrunken and no polyps. Water params are good so Wth is going on?

Did you touch the central disk with your bare hands? From what ive gathered from my LFS, the oil or something on your hands affect them and they waste away. Ive seen him bring in some and it happens. I could be wrong

That looks like the tissue necrosis I suffered with a brand new S. elegans several years ago. I'm afraid this coral needs to go before it spews any more to ins into your tank.
