If not, then what size, pressure rating, etc. do the air pumps need?
Do the Red Sea aqua zone ozonizers have a built in air pump?

They don't come with a built in air pump. This is the air pump I purchased to run my Red Sea unit:

If you are running it through a venturi protein skimmer such as a Euro-reef, you may get away without using the airpump due to the suction effect the venturi has. I got good results both with and without. The airpump isn't much money, so it might not be a bad idea to purchase one with it just to be on the safe side.

I'm not sure if those are technically ozone safe or not, but I used them with no issues. You might consider purchasing a 2 or 3 of them and replace them every 4-6 months.
