In my un-expert opinion, no. It looks like tissue necrosis and the little ovals are the dying/dead polyps.

AEFW don't go after birdsnest

RTN or STN could be caused by any number of things. Too much light, parameter swings, physical damage ("nipping" by fish), anything really. Just means the coral is dying in places.

My birdsnest looks the same, I took out my coral beauty angel because I thought he was nipping it, he would pick it when I stand far from the tank but when I get close he stops lol.
