Do these reading seem correct?

It all depends on how your tank is cycling. You could have a high ammonia and 0 everything else. Or, high everything. Wait a few days and see how the tank cycles.

Nah, I have found that the API kit is super crappy when it comes to reading ammonia. Its so hard to distinguish between the last few levels. I even sent out a water sample from my tank, for other reasons, to be tested and the ammonia came back 0.03, even though it was green tinted on the side.

The Nitrite and Nitrate look fine for mid cycle. Just a tip, it helps to put something white an inch or so behind the vial when evaluating or taking a picture.

Not at all, it looks like you are right at the peak of the cycle. However, I will say that all of your levels being high might set you up for a bacteria bloom as your nitrogen cycle finishes so your cycle might take a little longer. As already stated, everything should level off in a week or so.

I'd say no. Give it another week or two. Patience is a virtue.....

Wait until your tank goes through a diatom bloom.... It's almost upsetting but it's a normal cycle.

Do not do a water change until the cycle is completely done. The cycle is smooth. Stop rushing! That's one thing you have to learn in this hobby is patience. Don't do nothing, let the cycle take it's course.
