Do they come out of the box at 100%?

I have two 6100's in the tank and was wondering if the driver is set at 100%. There is a little screw to adjust the flow on each driver (if you didn't notice.) I figure putting my hand in front of the powerhead is a pretty lousy way to measure flow, so I never messed with the screws.

The drive set at 100% for all tunze stream from 6000 to 6200 i have not seen the 6300 so i don't know.
