Some, like the fiary wrasses, are speculated to do so.

The word "Wrasse" refers to a family of tens of thousands of species of fish.

So the answen to your question is maybe.

Many species do, many dont.

Many of the fairy wrasses do. It is not immediate. Some of the angelfish do. Actually there are many species with sexual dimphorphism. The one we see the most are anemone fish.
