Do you censor bad reviews?

Just curious as I posted a bad review about a Toms thermometer 3 weeks ago. Still not reviewed.

Hi Thanks for your inquiry. we do not censor the reviews. please see that calcium monitor on our site for reference. I just checked and did not see any other reviews for the thermometer. It may not have gone through.
