Do you dose nutrients with dosing pumps?

Hello guys,

I'm wondering if some of you dose coral food with dosing pumps?
I'm talking about nutrients that's require a good shake before using?

Also, I do have an Amino acids & Vitamins of:
http://www.seachem.com/Products/product_pages/ReefPlus.html

I can't find any instruction that tells i need to shake before using, can i dose this solution with dosing pump? :hmm6:
