Do you guys feed Cynarina ?

I have had this beautiful pink/red Cynarina for some time (1 year) and I noticed yesterday it did not expand during the lighting period as it usually does. I did change the flow in the tank and I think that's what did it. However, I was reading that they should be fed shrimp once in a while.

I feed mine large krill or silversides.

I'd like to say I feed it at least weekly, put it has become a real chore since my purple tang loves to steal the food. I have to sit there and chas him since I haven't gotten around to finding the right size plastic bowl to cover him with.

He is much happier after a feeding.

they don't like a lot of flow, they'll draw up if it's too much..

as for the feeding, when mine does this, i give him a piece of krill. he eagerly consumes it...

Yes I fed mine at least every couple of weeks either Krill or chopped up Rods food.

i feed mine silversides and when i feed cyclopeze he will snag those as well. mine is a pink-ish color as well.
that is a beatiful color cateyes, wish mine was that dark red.
