i have a 6" false personifer that was eating ON formula 2 pellets 2x/day while in QT for about 4 weeks. now that it is in my DT, he no longer eat pellets. it would eat PE mysis, flakes, shreds of floating nori, and bloodworms with gusto. another 5" FP eats the same, but that one never really ate pellets to begin with though.

I had a mandarin fish after 2+ years decide that it liked spectrum pellets. I had Copperbanded butterfly veritably ignore live brine (treat) for frozen mysis shrimp after a while...

I've had fish go both ways as well. I had a bangaii cardinal that only ate PE mysis (nothing else) for about 6 months and then over the course of a single week it started eating all th other foods I provide the tank with, which is a lot. Now I have to put pellets in the tank in two places because he 'scarfs' them ALL down before anyone else gets anywhere close. He is crazy at feeding time.

I have a changing Emperor angel that would eat anything I put in the tank when I first got it. After a couple months it no longer would eat mysis or flakes but still devours NLS pellets and nori. I was worried for awhile but it has been a few months and it is growing like crazy.
