Do you run a UV Sterilizer?

I have never run a UV sterilizer, but am considering it on the new system.

My system is a 220 main tank with a little over 500g total water.

In shopping around some say they need a rate of flow similar to my skimmer (Octopus Triple Recirc 300) so would be interested in running them inline with the UV before the skimmer on the same pump. Does anyone run theirs in a similar manner?

Do you run one, if so which model do you have and are you happy with it?

I've been considering getting one also / or a ozone unit. Have you consided a ozone unit at all? From what I understand about the UV (Information from my LFS) is that you need to make sure it's large enough for you tank. He said that the smaller ones are not good and be careful of the manufacturer of the unit. He felt the units that are under 40w were not very good at all.

I was given the same suggetion (40w or larger) from a LFS yesterday. I have not considered an Ozone unit and would appreciate any information someone here would like to share on them.
