I target feed only once a week.
Not too much food!
Skimmer, partial water changes, keeping good water params...
Be careful and go slow...
Yes, there are benefits when you target feed them properly.
They don't need to be fed if you have appropriate light over the tank, but feeding may improve their growth.
Some may grow faster then others.
Target feeding is a complementary optional maintenance.
The better fixture/bulbs for your particular tank, the better the zoas will do.
Feeding and lighting are still only part of the whole deal to keep the zoas healthy.
