That is most definitely not a 400g tank. Looks like a 125g to me. Still not a bad deal, assuming it holds water and includes the lovely decorations.

People on Craigslist often don't really know what they are selling... I went to a guys house to buy a 90g and it was a 55g...

Of course not. 12" width and 21" depth are the most retarded dimensions ever. Worse, he thought the original price was still appropriate for a tank about 1/2 the advertised size. Frankly, the gene pool needs some chlorine and we must more often ask: "Is our children learning?"

I tell people all the time that 55g is the world's worst for a reef tank.

They just look at how cheap the dang things are over at Petsmart or that they can get one from their Aunt Tilly for free and think that it's a good idea.
