Do zoas crap?

Hey guys, I noticed some of my zoas had long thread looking excretions coming out from their mouths. Are they crapping? What do you think it is?

I've seen my tubbs blues poop small circle things, not long stuff.

Probably not poop! Looks like it's a zooxanthellae string.
Their feces look more like little dark brown balls.

When they release their zooxanthellae could be in part a shock of light or temperature.
But other changes in the system could contribute to that too.
Just keep an eye on them...

w.e it is, they kinda scruntch up like theyre squeezing one off, haha. Its a good thing, means they are being fed nutrients
