Does 7095 retain settings after a power lost?

I was told by my utility provider that there will be a brief outage for about ~5 minutes in the next few days. Does anyone know if the 7095 would retain settings after a power lost?

It has no battery back up, often settings are not disturbed by brief and stable power disruptions because the capacitors hold enough power to save them, however, a spike or flickering power or longer disruption will cause a loss of settings.
