I wouldn't go that far, just been keeping anemone for a decent amount of time and have had some luck.
Anyways, it is an LTA (( M. doreensis )), they can be a bit fickle. But, like any anemone the key is to find a healthy one -- which can be difficult if you don't know what to look for. The mouth should be tightly closed, ideally they would be on/in the sandbed, or at least attached to the bottom if in a bare bottom LFS tank -- shouldn't be floating/rolling around.
For tank care, should have at least a 3" sandbed (( can be locally that deep )), and low to moderate flow. I have always kept them under MH, but would think that T5's would work too --- assuming individual reflectors and the appropriate number of bulbs. IMO, they are not a good choice for a first anemone, an BTA (( E. Quadricolor )) would be better, especially a cloned one.
\Clownfish/ --- what lights do you have? What are your parameters? (( with numbers )). From reading some of your posts I don't feel your tank will be ready for any anemone for at least 6 more months. That will give both you and your tank time to settle in and to learn more about this hobby. Time will allow you to realize that you have an issue before it becomes a problem.
