does anybody have a mesoscope?

I have had a die-off over the past few weeks.

I think its stn from alk fluctuations, but am worried I may have aefw.

I am going to try and frag some stuff today, but my coral are attached right to the rocks, and not easy to take out.

A mesoscope would be a blessing, anybody have one I could borrow for a few days?

Its slow tissue necrosis from alk fluctuations, although I fear acro eating flatworms. (f'n calcium reactor. they suck)

Jason what kind of problems have you had with the Calcium Reactor?

oh man, you name it.

1) feed pump inlet got clogged by snail, that made the ph go too low in rx and mush the material. Then once broken it let all the mush fly. Ph and ALk fluctuated like crazy.

2) PH probe for effluent died. Ditto.

3) co2 inlet tube got plugged with mush. What that did was make the co2 bubble count impossible to meter. the bubbles would speed up/slow down because of the back pressure. That on took a week to figure out.

4) Aquabee pump died. Cost $300 to replace!

5) Solenoid went on the fritz, meaning it worked some times and not others. Talk about making me crazy! Try and figure that one out. Was a loose wire.

Thats my last 60days with this thing. I am seriously debating ditching it and dosing 2 part exclusively.
