If anyone has a 38 gallon tank, I would like to know what you have in it: amount of live rock, fish, coral, what you are using for making a current, etc. Thank you!!!

I've had one for about 5 years. I'm guessing there's about 60 lbs of live rock in it. I've had it pretty full but I'm cooking most of it now and I may not put it all back in. I've had many fish come and go through this tank but currently have a maroon clown pair hosting a BTA and a nice purple dottyback. I've had them for quite a while now. I had a flameback angel in there too but it recently jumped (or was chased) out during the night and died on the floor unfortunately. The dottyback is a mean sucker.

As for corals, I've got a 7" wall hammer, a branching hammer, two types of frogspawns (10+ heads each), more pulsing xenia than I want, assorted zoos and softies, a 4" maze brain, candy cane with about 10 heads, GSPs, a monti cap frag, a large feather duster and a green BTA. Looking to upgrade in the near future. It's a nice sized tank though.

For flow, I've got the flow coming from my Fluval 304 canister, my Phosban reactor, my hang-on skimmer, a Seio 620 on one side that continually blows across, a MJ 1200 with the flow deflector on it, aimed down at the other side, and a mini-jet 606 in the bottom corner in the back. The MJ and the mini are hooked up to a RK 2 on wavemaker mode so they don't continually blast everything with flow. My flow is probably still on the low side. Dead spot in the back left corner. HTH
