Does anyone have a Lifereef overflow?

I had one a good while ago - the dual tube version. Very nice construction, well-made, good instructions. I ran it for about 2 years - never had it lose siphon no matter how many times or how long the power went out.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have one with a single. It has worked pretty well. Make a guard over the part in the tank with gutter guard or something to keep snails out of it. Snails will slow or stop the siphon and cause problems. Other than that things have worked well for me.

Have a dual for 2 years w/out any problems. Would highly recommend them, especially compared to the CPR I had.

I have the dual also...great product.....how much flow do you want? ..the single with a 1" pipe is good for about 600-800gph depending on the return pump.

...which is overkill for a 70G. 3 - 5x display volume = 210 - 350 GPH for the return pump after head loss.
