Does anyone know what this is? Friend or foe?

Hi,

I've been cycling my tank and decided to take the towel off and turn the lights on. I found this inhabitant growing on the live rock. I also spotted two others.
It is opening and closing (very cool). Do I need to worry about this or is it okay? Looks like a type of polyp?
