What care does it need? do i need to dose chemicals?

It's a weed No really. Keep it isolated in your system. It grows very quickly and can suffocate other corals. It can also emit toxins/waste into the water(not severe but may irritate other corals).

No special supplementation is required.

when u say toxins, will this hurt my Mantis?

On no, nothing like that. Sometimes soft corals release chemicals into the water- a bit of chemical warfare. This should have no effect on inverts like your Mantis or fish, however, certain corals can act adversely to chemicals produced by certain other corals that are present in the water column.
