does anyone know where to get a pterois sphex?

I've been interested in a Hawaiian sphex lionfish for a while. Where could I purchase one online?

P. sphex are rare and most lions labeled as P. sphex are usualy actualy P. mombasae. There was one on PIA a week or 2 ago but it was $200 which seems pretty pricey too me.

id contact PIA. that is the only way id say u will have luck. OR watch DD but thats harder and a longer shot

alot of the larger sw lfs will bring in their own hawaiian -ask them if they can order and what a price range would be. you then can eyeball the fish before you buy it
