lol wont do a thing for ick....lets not even get into that silliness....has been said to increase appetite in some fish...no guarantee but seems to be popular.....but then again its hard to actually scientifically prove this so thats just an opinion also.....
if your fish have ick you have a few options
1. treat the display if it is a fish only with hypo (I wouldn't use chemical in a DT as you may change your mind and want to have a reef system at some future point)
2. if its a reef system remove the fish treat them in another system with hypo or chemical allow the reef system to sit with no fish for 6 weeks to be safe
3. let things run its course and possibly the lucky will survive and some may not.... there is no guarantee who will or who wont its a crap shoot....it will always remain in your system and it will re emerge again at a future date and wipe out everything or nothing
