Does Home Depot carry T5 ballast?

Does anyone know if HD or Lowes carry T5 ballasts?

i dissagree i was just at lowes and home depoy loking for these exact things ...they only have t8 ballasts and t12

You want the advance electronic ballusts, they will fire T5's. It must be electronic to run T5's.

San Clemente Lowe's has advance electronic ballasts that say T5 compatible.

I got three of these: Ballastwise and they are great! If you ask me, they are the exact same as the Triad, Advance, etc..... They don't overdrie like the Icecap, but at $19.99 what more can you ask for.

Those look like great ballasts, and they're even program rapid start, which is not as good as a true program start like an IceCap, but still far easier on bulb life than a regular rapid or instant start ballast. Did you get these from Home Depot, and if so, where?

I ordered them directly from the site. They are rather slow shippers though, but at that price, I was in no hurry!

How about for 80w bulbs? Those look like they're good for 58w.

I'm running them on 6-54w bulbs using Icecap reflectors. I just finished the light rack last night and I'm about a week from actually getting the tank up and running. I'll post pics when it's going. The ballast seem to be working great so far though. I don't have anything to compare them to so I can't say if they are better or worse than any other brand. The are great ballast for the price though.
