lol...there were soo many red bugs on that picture I thought you were joking. And yes, you have to treat the whole tank...thats a pretty good infestation, they'll be in the rock, in the sand, everywhere. Make sure you do the follow up treatment after the first one to make sure you rid them all. Good luck

When I did my treatments, all my shrimp and hermits lived. No red bugs lived.

that first pic is six months ago, the next one is today, there are no red bugs any more
