does my crocea look healthy??

i just got my 2nd crocea. my first one died to a messed up heater, anyways, does it look healthy? any gaping going on? and do you guys think that it is small enough that i need to feed it. it is under a 400 watt 20k ushio. my flow in the tank is also making the mantle blow around every once in a while.

The mantle has a good extension and the opening is probably due to stress with new water parametres. I suggest feeding regardless of your clam size. Clams do benefit from feeding regardless of their size. Particularly in the home aquarium where we can only mimic but not completely recreate what they need in the wild.
