I feed it small pieces of shrimp once every few days. The tentacles do not seem as long as before though.

Its looking ok right now. However I would be wary of those tentacles shortening. Keep a watchful eye on that. If the Oral Disc starts to inflate then its time to treat with antibiotics.

But just keep it eating and if all is fine the tentacles should extend again.
