Does My Flame Angel Have Ich?

Hello Fellow Reefers! I have this Flame Angel and I added him about 2-3 weeks ago. I did a water change yesterday and I noticed today that there was a white spot by his eye. Is it ich?

Looks too big to be Ich. A cut/sting or Lympho or something bacterial are all possibilities. Could even just be a small clump of sand.

Yup. It seems it does not. All fish are active in the tank and the flame is perfectly normal. Just got scared for a second.
