Does my hammer have RTN?

Not sure if this is some sort of disease or what, but the bottom of my hammer is a dark green color. Its hard for me to tell if it is creeping upwards or not, I don't think it is. There are even several new heads on the bottom of it, some of which you can see in the picture...

It looks completely normal to me.

the dark green is exposed skeleton that is algea covered. the white part is the flesh of the hammer that extends down over the skeleton.
it is completely normal.
