Does my new SPS look healthy

It does look stressed for some reason. I would think that it would have better PE than that by now.

Did it have better PE in the tank it came from?
Are you sure your salinity is correct?

Looks like a Millepora to me. The white tips are a sign of growth, so it was probably in good health wherever it came from. The tissue looks ok, it just doesn't have much polyp extension. Does it look any different in the morning after the lights have been off for awhile? As previously asked, did it have good polyp extension when you bought it?

I would make sure it doesn't have too strong of flow directly on it. It does seem pretty low in the tank, depending on the lighting it was under before, you may want to move it up some.

I see some indication of nutrient build up or mini cycling in the bottom right of your tank. Let your local fish store test your water and see what they come up with. My guess is that your phosphates are more like 0 .9-1.2 by the looks of the coral. I hope I'm wrongk that's one beautiful Milli.

Reefsmac yes it had a ill better pe when I bought it....

Leeweber85 it still looks about the same in the mornings and it was not in direct flow, I have actually changed the flow to see if that helped and it had no effect. I did however move it about halfway up to see how it likes that, after I moved it it put out a nice big slime so I guess it's still alive!!

Reefsurfing had it tested and it was ok. There has been no changes in 6 months that would cause a mini cycle and I test 2 times weekly so I would have caught a spike

I wouldnt worry about it, keep your parameters in the right place and slowly move it up just like you are doing also, hit it with a flash light an hour after all your lights are off. I bet it is feeding at night it looks good to me. I did the same thing when I got the Red Dragon acro, I never seen polyp extention and it had some white tips it looked like new growth but I couldnt see how since i never seen polyp extention on it, but it is still there and it is growing well.

Sometimes when you dip it takes the coral a month or so to really relax and start to grow, it will! Nice Milli and nice set up

well after it has been in its new spot for almost 2 days it seems to be a bit more happy, its getting a lil more PE then it was. its about halfway up the tank in prob about the same amount of flow if not a lil more. i will leave it here for a week and see how it does!
