Does my puffer have ich?

New stars and strip puffer introduced 3days ago had stressful acclimation but doing well now but... Pectoral, dorsal, and anal fins have this salted appearance. My question is for those with same type puffer is the pectoral, dorsal, and anal fins uniform yellow or spotted. Also, his eyes are cloudy but so is every photo I have seen of this puffer type.

Could be, give it a day or two, it may spread if it is Ich.It is highly possible though.

Can't really tell without a pic; but your description is classic ich.
