Does my yellow tang have ich?

Thanks so much for the response. There are no fish in the DT tank as I quarantined all of them at the same time as my Tang. I guess I have four more weeks left for my DT to be fawlless for 72 days. eh! Well,l this was definitely a hard lesson learned, but I'm a better Aquarist because of it.
