Does osmoregulation differ in varying SG's.

I am trying to determin, find resources, books, articles, websites, etc to research if fish change the amount of water they drink based on the salt gravity of the water.

Does anyone have any experience or ideas ?

Also looking into the affect salt water has on various antibiotics. What makes one safe vs. another that is not safe when used in a marine tank.

Any links or points of reference as well as personal experiences would be great.

Thank You.

"Haloplasticity" is a great keyword for online searching with regards to how fish adapt to salinity gradients (although a lot of the hits will have to do with estuarine crustaceans).
