Does PE = Healthy SPS?

Hi everyone,

I bought a few very nice blue and purple SPS corals (not sure of the type). I'm so in love w/ them, I want to make sure these guys don't RTN or brown out and die. So I'm being somewhat paranoid and keeping good eye on them.

They have real good polyp extension, and I was wondering if this is a sign of a healthy/happy coral.

I snapped a pic of two of them.

The new corals are:

the pink one in the first pic.

the blue, green, and pink one in second pic.

the blue and light green one in the third pic.

I think that it has a good sign to it. Stressed corals tend to have little to no polyp extension. Once the coral is in a tank for a while and it is growing well and fish are not picking at it. The polyps are out and extended.
