Does this look ok for growing Cheato?

The cheato kind of just sits on the bottom though.

Thats what I got and I have a TON of Chaeto growing like mad . I have to trim it back at least once a month sometimes twice a month .

It should be fine, although I use a light that has a 6500K wavelength. I would suggest propping the cheato up on either some live rock or an egg crate platform. It will grow much faster is it is at the surface.
