Does this seem possible?

I have a lot of zoas in my tank. The other day I noticed my tuxedo urchine had several zoa polyps attached to him. A few days later I lost 3 rics that I have had in my tank forever. I recall the tuxedo being in the area earlier in the week and I am thinking he could have moved over them and the zoas killed them, does this seem possible?

The urchin could have moved them to where you don't see them, but the zoanthids aren't going to kill ricordea.

I have lost ricordea to preditor crabs in my tank. Have you seen any crab shells that might indicate a crab?

yeah, any damage is likely to be to zoas if they run into ricordia.

Thanks for the info. I know the rics weren't moved because they turned into a brown slime in the process of dying.
