I picked up this guy yesterday from the LFS
They held him for the last 3 weeks for me on account of him not feeding.
He was housed in a tank in the top shelf of the store, so whilst I could observe his behaviour (and he has calmed down in the last 3 weeks) I didn't notice this spot on his side.
Since putting him in my tank, he's become more lively and even ate a little yesterday and today but I'm worried about this red spot on his side.
Don't really want to stress him further if possible does anyone know -
A.) what this is
And
B.) what I should do about it
Never had any disease or infections in a marine tank before so this is first for me.
