Little backstory: When I first got my dogface puffer about 1 year ago, about a month later my tank was exposed to an extremely bad case of Marine Ick. I treated the entire tank, as I had no invertebrates or coral. I also used a UV light, and before I knew it the infection was gone.
Recently upgraded my tank to a 100 gallon, and I have the same fish, Yellow Tang, 2 Occelaris Clowns, and a Diamond Goby. However, I recently took out my Flame Hawk because he got extremely aggressive. I also have a Frogspawn that is thriving.
Long story short, what is happening to my dogface now seems different than the Ick I had before. He is lethargic and just hides all day, however he still eats like a pig. The main problem is that his eye is completely clouded over. Just happened today, but has not gotten any better so far. My salt level is 1.022, pH at 8.2, Nitrites, Ammonia, and Nitrates all zero.
The tricky thing is, no other fish are acting strangely. I am skeptical to deem it Ick so suddenly, because it seems completely different than it was 1 year ago. Here is a picture of my puffer's eye. Sorry in advance for the poor camera quality.
