Domain renewal

The following domains have service renewal dates that are coming up. Please log into your domain manager with your username and password to renew these service(s) before expiration:

PLEASE NOTE: Service for these domains will cease effective the
expiration date. That means your domain will expire and be released immediately, or your forwarding will suddenly stop working, etc.

So, how do I go about doing this? Renew then submit my receipt to the treasurer for reimbursement?

A quick read shows that if we have a PayPal account, we can set it to automatically renew every two years. Has anybody given a thought to creating a club PayPal account? I can think of several uses for such a thing (particularly for the dreaded group buys).

With all of the id stealing, duplicate or multiple withdrawals, etc going on today, I would not recommend an automatic withdrawal from an account. The providers change ,etc and they may still take the money even after you change or if they sell their service to another provider the new provider may take money. I can go on and on. Just not a good idea for this at least.

I have to agree. We don't know who is going to be the treasurer and who is going to do the website 2 years from now.

With that said...Scott if you want to pay it, I can send you a check right away. That, or if you get me the appropriate information, I can pay it with the ETRC check card (though I would rather not use that online). For paypal stuff, I would just paypal the money, then transfer it from the ETRC account into mine (usually it goes the other way...for things like the salt purchases).
