DONOR: green stripe (watermelon) mushrooms

I have lots of green stipe (watermelon) mushrooms if anyone wants one let me know and i will see how many i can get to move on to small rocks before the next meeting. These mushrooms are very easy to keep under just about any lighting or water conditions and will spread very fast under good lighting and water conditions. They also don't seem to sting other corals. They grow up against everything in my tank without causing any problems at all. I can probably get at least 4 or 5 by the next meeting. I probably have 50 or more of them. I started with 5 a year ago to show how fast they will spread :) so post if you want one and i'll start fragging:)

Also the green metalic mushrooms that the skunk clowns are in have started to split so i will post some of them as soon as they finish, which can sometimes take a few months, but i have 2 that have developed a second mouth so it should be soon:)

There are really cool mushrooms that the skunk is in. When those are ready put me on the list for one of them.

I got ya down for one:). I may actually have one by the next meeting for ya if i can get the one small one i have to climb up on a rock away from momma :). I have had the main colony for 14 years. It was the first coral i ever bought. It will live through anything except being messed with lol. They puke up thier guts when you mess with em too much, but i have never lost one yet.
They like medium to bright light and soft to medium current and a down flowing current if you have a spot. That is what seems to make them grow and split for some reason. They require no food, but they will take meaty foods if offered but they will grow HUGE if you do. I had my original one as big as a basket ball before it split. I DON'T FEED THEM NO MORE :)
I probably will take a beating for messing with them also, the clowns like them more than the carpet anemone for some reason. Go figure, i spend $150 for a nice anemone for them and they take up with a mushroom lol.
 
Who received some of Duggs green stripe watermelon shrooms, ??

I sent a PM to dugg and received a reply back regarding these mushrooms. While a few people have received frags from this colony, dugg and his tanks have moved to Florida. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
 
I will try and bring some to the meeting at TimVs house.
