My scooter benny is getting swollen, weir fat.
I put the kick ich in the tank yesterday.(some of the fish in my tank have ich)
Or I just feed the fish too much??

Usually a fish won't go the point of being really physically distorted by overeating. But, your fish/tank has complications: It has Marine Ich (Cryptocaryon irritans) if you diagnosed it properly AND you are now adding chemicals to the water which may or may not help the fish.
The traditional approach is to remove the fish from the display and treat them all for Marine Ich in a separate hospital tank. You think that some fish don't have Marine Ich, but the favorite and most common attack of Marine Ich is the fish gills which you can't see.
A fish stressed by a disease can succumb to a variety of other secondary diseases. Who knows if your blenny isn't going through this scenario? You need first to eradicate the stresses and disease you know to exist, as soon as you can.
