don't know what' this is growing on my Zoas .help plz

Hi I'm new to this but I would like someone's help I usaly go on this Web site to read on stuff ppl post to learn . But now I couldn't find a thread to help me . So I started this thread hopefully someone can help me .

This is growing around the bottom of my Zoas and is now growin towards the light . I had this coral about 3 months and about a week ago this thing pop out and is stinging my Zoas not sure if I should pluck it off or leave . Is this a parasite . I checked many other parasites but this does not match to anything .

Looks like hydroids. Could be an irritant to the zoa, but not dangerous.

i tried pulling it off but it sticks to the zoas and its a bit hard . it grows quickiy back

At first glance, I thought it may be Dinos.

are they safe to have ? they sting my corals and they wont open .
