Dont know which to get, Please help

I have had so many people tell me diffrent things and need to help.
I have a 140 gal. tall tank.

1. what size streams will I need? Do I need two?

2. When I install them do I put on in the right back orner of the tank and the other on the left side sand bed in a rock?

I am so confused from all the diffrent things I have been told, any help would be appreciated before I buy something to big or to small.

The 6000 is the correct size, ideally you would have two and alternate them on the multicontroller. I might advise getting one 6000 and see what you think, later you can add the new multicontroller 7095 and another 6000. Placement just isn't that critical and is a largely trial and error deal. In general you mount them in the corners and aim toward the center in longer tanks or opposite corner in shorter tanks and this varies with what program you chose on the controller.
