Don't websites usually put their best in WYSIWYG?

Running through the motions checking out sites and found this colony offered from a vendor I've long since dropped (along with many others) due to customer service issues...

The funny thing is that it was in the exotic section... aside from the colony looking in horrible shape... could the sundials be any less visible?:D Makes you wonder what they're sending in their colonies that don't have photos... what person knowing anything about zoanthids would list this? Anyway... Happy Friday all...

That's funny stuff. Wonder if they give you that giant sundial for free or if you have to pay extra for that since it's a large and not a medium

I'm seeing more and more sundials nowadays... I used to catch 1 or 2 nudis but now, sundials are more abundant...

that's one freebie I don't want.. ;)

Well... it's late on Friday... I found this item for sale on Ebay... maybe there is use for them? Perfect for the Mrs. on Valentine's Day... along with maybe some pyramidellid shell earrings...:D

That snail is beautiful! Do they have any in their clean up crew section?
I am looking for some diversity and these would be great! JJ
Did you at least email them and let them know? Those appear to be orange dragon eyes and it would be awful to see them perish to the snail-IMHO

i've known some people that will pay good money to get ahold of sundial snails to rid those pesky PPE's getting too close to their prized tort in sps only tanks ;)

:eek2: No sundials!! Mannnnnn, I work too hard to get good zoas to lose ANY to a snail. It is so hard to get good zoas in Maine, in my humble experience. I have to drive at least 2 hours to hope to see good ones, if they even have any. I guess they aren't so popular where I live. All the ones I see at the LFS in northern Maine are drab, one color types that are ok looking but nothing like the beauties on here, and even those are rare... I'd cry if I got a good toned frag and a sundial ate it. I think the snail would have to go for a ride taped to my hubby's Dodge Ram until it became a dried up warning to other snails.

:D
