Dosage for Red Bugs

What is the dosage to treat red bugs in your main tank? I have approximately 250 gallons of total water. Please give me an amount of the pill not in grams. I read through the post about how to measure it in grams but it is confusing.

Well, according to www.melevsreef.com/redbugs.html One Large dog pill should treat 400g but, many people have overdosed with sucess..Including me. I dosed one large dog for about 140g total water volume. I did this for all 3 treatments. There are many threads here on Red Bug treatments.
