Doser set up

Trying to connect a slave 4 pump doser to my P3. I have an analog bar. Connected the doser to S5/S8 outlet. How do I go about assigning the socket function?
Please help!!!

I connected the electrical plug from the doser INTO the S1 outlet in the analog bar. I have it connected as "always on" Now my question is how do I even start the timers? Do I assign the doser S5, S6, S7, S8 in the socket function?

Well....better yet: Can you run the doser on an ANALOG bar?

put the doser on S1-S4 as it's already have those ID assign to the pumps, turn on the digital communication on S1-S4 as a doser is a digital device and connect your analog powerbar to S5-S8...


go back to the Socket Function and move your socket to the new number:

Old - New
S1 = S5
S2 = S6
S3 = S7
S4 = S8

And now S1 to S4 would be assigned to the Doser pumps 1 - 5 ?
I connected doser to S1/S4, unplugged analog bar from S5/S8...Went to socket functions... checked the box that says "digital power bar connected to S1/S4" Then it prompted me to "program digital power bar or dosing pump unit"
I selected that and took me to a new window in which I number my dosing pump station to S1/S4...
Save...now its just a matter of priming pumps and playing with timers?
If I choose auto dosing in the timer section..I only have to put in the ml's desired correct?

Thanks Gareth and boboxx for ALL your help. At the end, bad cable from the doser to the profilux was to blame. Looking forward to the package from PROGRESSIVEREEF.
