Dosing pumps and APEX

I read that there are issues with these, so how are you guys resolving this?

I am planning on using a aqua lifter for my ato and 3 smart reef dosers for dosing.

I don't know of any issues? What are you refering to? I have a Litermeter III WXM and use a OSC command to dose for 2 minutes every hour while my lights are off. No issues. Plugged into outlet 8 on the EB8 (mechanical relay outlets are 4 and 8).

The issues you're referring to are probably just that you need to run very low current drawing devices on outlets 4 or 8 as ddevlin said. The other outlets sometimes get confused and fail to turn off the outlet. This only seems to happen with devices drawing < 5w. Either use outlets 4/8 or add additional load to the outlet. Above 5w the TRIAC outlets work just fine.

What is the best dosing pump to use with the Apex? Was hoping off the topic that this thread would get into that.

I am using both the Drews doser for 2 part and the BRS top off doser with my Apex, all work fine. The BRS doser does not require any extra electric load.
