dosing pumps and power bar

hello all
tried asking this question in another thread but no answer. anyways how do i connect my power bar 6d and also my dosing pumps. in the book they are both supposed to be connected to s1 - s4? do i use a splitter cable? will the profilux II plus know which unit it is talking to? i don't want to try this just in case i blow something!! is this even possible anyway?

The powerbar is plugged into the S1-S4 socket and the dosing pump is connected to the plug on the powerbar. You will need to use the PLC program to assign socket controls on the controller.

For example, a 4 pump dosing pump would be programmed to socket 7-10.

Hi all

I have problem. I have a power bar 6d and also 4 dosing pumps. I have connected my Power Bar into the S1-S4 socket and the dosing pumps into the powerbar.

The problem is this: When turns on the pump No1, the same time the Socket 1 goes on as well

Same with the pump No2 with socket No2 etc.

I own the profilux3.

Can someone help me please??

you need to program the dosing pump

unplug the power bar from s1s4 and plug in the doser, then go to socket function outlet and click program power bar/ doser, then select doser, now set first pump to socket 7, the rest is self explanatory

once programmed unplug the doser from the controll and back into the spare western socket on the power bar, the doser will now react to socket 7 onwards.
