Dosing pumps on the EB8

Does the EB8 have the same issues as the DC8 with regard to low draw devices? I have 2 DC8s right now with dosing pumps in ports 4 & 8.

I would rather use 1 EB8 and keep one of my DC8s on my next system when I go to Apex but I have 4 dosing pumps to run (Ca/Alk/Mg/Top-off) and I wanted them all to be on EB8s for default reasons. So if I can only use ports 4 & 8 of the EB8 I will have to buy 2.

I had the same problem one way to get around it is to plug in a seperate powerstrip and the pump in the the strip so you will need a strip for each pump you want to use.

If you get an EB4, I think all 4 ports are relay ports which would work perfect for you 4 dosing outlets.

But if I have to buy an EB4 I might as well buy an EB8. Trying to run all 4 with the EB8 that comes with the package and not have to buy a 2nd one.

From what I'm hearing it sounds like the EB8 has the same issue as the DC8 and I am just going to have to bite it and spend the extra $150 for a 2nd one.
